What is the Exchange and Return Policy?
Please triple-check your order to ensure accuracy. Due to product customization, all sales are final once an order is in Production. If a product is defective, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the product. We will issue a Return Authorization Number with a Shipping Label. Products can be shipped back to us at no cost to you.
Carrier Damage or Shortage
All claims regarding missing items, non-receipt, or loss should be submitted within a 10-day period following the anticipated delivery date. Any claims for damages/shortages incurred during shipping should be directed to the respective carrier upon receipt of the goods. Please ensure all shipping boxes are retained for examination.
What products cannot be returned?
Some products defined as Dangerous Goods can't be returned, due to shipping regulations.
Promotional products that will not ship via air include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Hand sanitizers (containing alcohol)
• Items containing lithium-ion batteries (examples include portable chargers, wireless speakers, wireless headphones, etc.)
• Magnets
If you order any of these products via our website, they will only ship via ground. If you have issues with an order of these items, please contact our team.
Please note: ALL returns require you to contact our team for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any product.
